In 2002, 20 performers had gathered to form an ensemble "GIEDRUZE" (director Audrone Burzinskiene). Repertoir of the ensemble includes songs, dances, and instrumental music of Lithuania Minor, also the folklore ensemble interprets authentic songs of Ludwig Reza in a modern way. The team annualy organizes international folklore festival "Tek sauluze ant maraciu" (“Run, the sun, over the dunes”) in Neringa. The ensemble prepared the program on the topic of ethnoculture history of the Curonian Spit: “The Curonian Yard” (2003, 2004). It participated in international folklore festival „Parbeg laivelis“ (“Ship, come running”) (2004, Klaipeda), also in international tourism exhibitions: „C M T‘ 04“ (Stuttgart, Germany, 2004), „VIVATTUR‘04“ (Vilnius, Lithuania 2003; 2004).
