Village choir "JOLDIJA" has its name granted in 1998. Traditions of choir play in Nida exist for several decades, 15 musicians and singers of the choir perform creations of Lithuanian folklore and composers. From 2002 "Joldija" is directed by Laurynas Vainutis. Renewed collective actively participates in all festivals of the town. The group had organized its concerts in Germany (1993, 1997), participated in World’s Lithuanian Songs Festival (1998), also in international tourism exhibitions: „C M T‘ 04“ (Stuttgart, Germany, 2004), „VIVATTUR‘04“ (Vilnius, Lithuania 2003; 2004).
