During the tour, you will walk at the foot of the Parnidis Dune. You will hear stories about the Curonian Spit settlements buried beneath the sand, hike through the mysterious Valley of Death, and learn how it got its name.

The tour also includes a visit to the site of the former Nida Gliding School. You will hear stories about efforts to stabilize the dunes by planting pine trees. The tour concludes with a visit to the site of Nida’s earliest known Stone Age settlement.
